Surfing

Surfing is a fun, exciting and addictive activity! I have been surfing for over 15 years and teaching surfing for nearly as long.

I hold an up to date NARS Beach Lifeguard certificate, and a BSA SURF GB Level 2 surf coach award.

When we go surfing, I am with students in the water all of the time and never leave them by themselves. We go surfing wherever the conditions are best on the day and never go if it is too dangerous.

I have taught surfing to many levels and many different types of people. Children, teenagers, adults and people with disabilities: everybody can enjoy surfing, even if you are not confident in the water.

The Atlantic coast of Cornwall offers the best surfing conditions in the UK. The water ranges between 9 and 20 degrees depending on the time of year. Between June and September the water is at its warmest.

Boards and wetsuits are supplied, but if you are an experienced surfer feel free to bring your own equipment.

Should you wish, we can also use our photographer to capture you surfing, be it standing on that first wave or simply just great shots of you surfing.
